Terms governing every paid Trading Zones decision package delivered through the x402 API. The compact machine-readable notice included in each response links to this full version.
Payment authorizes one delivery of one analysis from the selected endpoint. It does not include future analyses, other symbols, downstream customers or redistribution rights.
Permitted use
- Internal analysis and decision-making by the purchasing agent or organization.
- Execution and management of the purchaser’s own trades.
- Internal caching only until the package’s
valid_untiltimestamp.
Prohibited use
- Publishing or sharing the complete package.
- Copying the package for clients or third parties.
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing it.
- Operating a customer-facing signal feed based on the package without a separate agreement.
1. License grant and ownership
Trading Zones grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the delivered package solely for internal decision support and the purchaser’s own trade execution. Trading Zones retains all rights in the package, its structure, selection, derived data and presentation. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership.
2. Redistribution and commercial use
No standard per-call purchase includes publication, resale, white-labelling, downstream delivery or use for a public or customer-facing signal service. Any such use requires a separate written commercial redistribution agreement.

3. Delivery attribution
Every paid delivery includes a unique delivery_id. Trading Zones may associate it with privacy-safe fingerprints of the purchaser wallet and settlement transaction for fraud investigation and license enforcement. The public response does not reveal the purchaser’s raw wallet address.
4. Market and execution risk
The package is informational, automated decision-support data. It is not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets and leveraged trading involve substantial risk, including complete loss. The purchaser controls whether and how any trade is executed.
5. Data validity
Market conditions can change after generation. The purchaser must check valid_until and obtain the live market price immediately before execution. Historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Payments and delivery
A settled on-chain payment is technically irreversible. The service issues a payment challenge only when the selected package is available. Nothing here removes a mandatory statutory right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
7. Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the API and packages are supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, market accuracy, profitability or fitness for a particular trading purpose.
8. Purchaser responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for wallet security, payment authorization, position sizing, leverage, exchange configuration, execution, risk limits, taxes and regulatory obligations applicable to its own activity.
9. Breach and access
Trading Zones may restrict future access and pursue available contractual or legal remedies where a package is copied, published, sublicensed, resold or redistributed outside this license. Removing a delivery_id does not create redistribution rights.
10. Mandatory law and changes
If mandatory consumer, digital-content, data-protection or other applicable law grants rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected. The license version delivered with the package applies to that delivery. Later versions apply only to later purchases unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
